How to get it
- You can get it by purchasing it at Eastmall for 2.000
.
Requirements
- You must be at least level 15.
- You must have chosen your class between (swordman, archer, magician and martial artist).
- Have the item in your inventory.
How to use
- Have the item in your inventory.
- Double click on the item to use it.
- The system will ask you if you want to use the item twice to ensure that you want to use it.
- If you click on "Yes", you will be automatically redirected to the first quest of Act 8 and get the rewards.
- If you click on "No", you will not be able to use the item.

- Level 99
- Champion Level 55
- Job Level 80

Questing:
- You will automatically skip to the quest that starts Act 8.
- PvP Introduction Quest will be available.
- Tattoos Tutorial Quest will be available.

- Any stats you have improved on this gear will be removed and preset shell effect and runes will be applied.
- If you use the scroll, the item will be consumed and your equipment will be upgraded to:
- C70 Phenomenal +10 and with Rune 8/21.
